Just before entering the heart of Spilia, one of Kolymbari’s most beautiful traditional Cretan villages, Minoan Homes has develeped three detached houses, each standing on each own plot of around 400 sq. m.
The development consists of two 2-storey detached houses both with basements and one single-floor detached house with a very spacious basement. Spilia village is 20 minutes drive from Chania City and 5 minutes drive from Kolimbari Village where you will find supermarkets, taverns, post office, bank, book shop and a number of other small stores. Several ‘Blue Flag’ beaches are within short driving distance.
